​High quality and well equipped 180 m2 villa in Ylläs. Perfect location near the ski resort, slopes, illuminated skiing tracks and bike park.

The open living room-kitchen downstairs invites you to enjoy cooking with friends or relax with a 65" Smart TV and Wi-Fi. The living room has access to a large terrace and on the second terrace connected to the sauna you can cool off after the sauna. Upstairs there is a spacious balcony.

Space and privacy are provided by four large bedrooms. Beds in all rooms can be used together or separately.  

• 1 x Master bedroom upstairs, two beds
• 1 x Double bedroom upstairs, two beds
• 1 x Double bedroom upstairs, three beds
• 1 x Double / twin bedroom downstairs with two beds

Upstairs there is also a slatted spare bed and a single sofa bed. For the little ones in the family there is a children's travel cot (60x120 cm),

Relax and enjoy

In the spacious sauna you can relax after days exersise. 

The utility room has a drying cupboard, washing machine, iron and ironing board and vacuum cleaner. Toilets can be found both downstairs and upstairs.

The downstairs bedroom has two single beds and a desk. Upstairs there are three large bedrooms which can also accommodate extra beds. In one of the bedrooms there are three beds and in the other two bedrooms has two beds each. 

Services

​Final cleaning is included in weekly rental rates.

Charger for electric/hybrid car €60 / car / week. Engine heating sockets are included in the rental.

Firewoods are included in the price.

Bed linen set 30€/person includes bed linen, bath towel and hand towel.

​Carport in use, garage is not in use.
